Order Cancellations:
Once an order has been placed, cancellations can only be processed within the first 2 hours. After this window, the order is already in processing and cannot be canceled or modified.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer:
It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address. We do not offer free address changes after an order has been placed. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, the customer will be responsible for providing a new shipping label to have it resent.
Chargeback Policy:
Fraudulent or fake chargebacks will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Customers who attempt chargeback abuse may be permanently denied service, and further action may be taken.
We offer a 14-day return window, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return, subject to the following conditions:
Eligible Return Items Must Be:
In unused, unworn, and resellable condition
Returned in the original packaging with all tags intact
Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at likesfits@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. We will be happy to assist you with a resolution.
Approved returns will be refunded in the form of a store gift card.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at likesfits@gmail.com for support.
Once your order has been shipped and is in possession of the carrier, Likesfits is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. Any delivery disputes must be resolved with the shipping carrier directly, using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email.

For international customers, please be aware that import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.
Likesfits does not issue refunds for international orders due to unpaid customs fees.
